The Next5Hoops Metro Manila Central Leg Qualifier – Recreational Division resumed action last October 8 in Asia Pacific College, Magallanes, Makati City.
Flight pulled out a close 64-59 victory over Wolfpack. Mikael Raz tallied 13 points while Leeno Sulit and John Melaño each had 11 points and 7 rebounds.
Flight was clinging to a one-point lead with a minute remaining but a Leeno Sulit shot gave them enough separation. Raz then provided the finishing touches with his clutch free throws.
For Wolfpack, Luis Comonsad top scored with 17 points. He even added 11 boards and dished out five assists in the loss.
