KMC Solutions leaned on the efforts of Justin Sanguyo to get the hard-earned win over Crawford and Co., 58-52, in the Next5Hoops BPO Classics Recreational Plus Division held at the STI Academic Center last November 27.
Sanguyo led the way with 19 points, 10 rebounds, and 4 assists. Philip Gamit had a huge contribution off the bench with 15 points.
The score was tied 50 apiece with 3 minutes left, but thanks to clutch free throws and crucial defensive stops, KMC was able to hold on to the victory. KMC was able to knock down 15-of-29 shots from the charity stripe while Crawford and Co. went just 4-for-15.
In the loss, Ruben Ibay netted 16 points and 9 rebounds for Crawford and Co.
